Veterans at Muddy Creek Cemetery

During the past year and a half, members of the Muddy Creek Cemetery board have worked to reconcile cemetery records. The project included updating the list of all known veterans buried in the cemetery. This includes those serving from revolutionary times to the present. Our veterans, men and women, in times of war and peace, fought to defend our country and preserve our freedoms.

Below is our current list of our veterans and a map can be found here to assist in locating each grave. Every attempt has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data presented. If any discrepancies are noted please let us know by contacting us at graves@muddycreekcemetery.org or (717) 826-3610.

We are grateful to Pack/Troop 61 from Adamstown who help commemorate these veterans. For at least 10 years they have placed flags in early spring and since the fall of 2021 have also laid a wreath at each veteran’s grave around the holidays.

Please feel free to visit the cemetery and honor our veterans, a peaceful respite in these busy times.
